Shipping + Returns
All orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days from the time of purchase (Eastern Standard Time). We do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Your order will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Express, with a tracking number and insurance coverage. Once shipped, your order should arrive within 3-5 days. This applies to U.S. orders only.
Please contact us if you are interested in shipping to a location outside of the continental United States.
We are not responsible for missing packages. Tracking and Insurance are included within your shipping cost. Please let us know immediately if your package goes missing and we will file a claim with USPS. Once USPS has processed our claim, we will send you a refund for your order. This process can take time, if you need your item in a timely manner, you can re-order it though the website.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We hope that you love your Chan + Krys purchase as much as we do, but in the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept exchanges on all physical items in original condition (unused, unworn and unwashed) within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping is paid by the customer (*signature confirmation must be included with your returned item(s)*).
To make a return, please contact us using "Re: Exchange / Order #" in the subject header and reason for exchange in the body of the message or email us at email@example.com. Please allow up to 3 business days for us to review your email. If your reason for return is approved, we'll email you return instructions.
Once your return is received and processed/inspected, we'll email you a refund notification. Please allow up to 14 days for processing. We will either send out your new item or issue store credit in the amount of your purchase (not including shipping fees) towards a future purchase.
We do NOT accept returns for refunds.
SALE ITEMS + GIFT CARD RETURNS
Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be refunded.
