Chan + Krys charges New York sales tax. If your shipping address is in the state of New York, New York, sales tax will be added to your total.
At this time, Chan + Krys ships all orders via UPS Ground only. Please email us at email@example.com for expedited shipping inquiries.
All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Items will ship 21 business days from processed order date.
You will receive a confirmation email after purchase. You will also receive an order confirmation and UPS Ground tracking number once your order has shipped to help you anticipate the delivery date.
When placing your order please be aware that UPS ground does not guarantee a specific time of day for delivery services. Please note that Chan + Krys cannot guarantee transit time as unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery once your package has left our facility.
Chan + Krys does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled.

If you use your own return method, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you use our prepaid return label, $10 will be deducted from your refund amount.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary.

All returns or exchanges must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached.
You must pay shipping on return items. A return request must occur within 14 days of receiving your order. Upon receipt of the return request, Chan + Krys will send you a prepaid return label. Return packages must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the date of original purchase. Upon receiving your returned garment, Chan + Krys will send a confirmation email that your credit card has been refunded.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Any difference in price will be charged or refunded onto your credit card. If your requested item has completely sold out, you will be notified and refunded instead. Once your return is received your replacement will be shipped.

Once your return is received, inspected and approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and the gift giver will find out about your return.
